The itinerary guides you through the heart of the Faugères vineyards, with their schistose soil and their vines following the contours of the land. On the way, you will pass through sun-drenched hilltop villages with their narrow streets surrounding a castle or a medieval keep, in a landscape of vineyards, almond and olive trees. The roads are magnificent, not very busy, often shaded, especially up to Fos? There is nothing to throw away in this loop which is a real treat for the eyes, the legs and the taste buds.
