The "Drinking" Lecture
Sensations, thoughts, emotions... Wine at the intersection of poetry and neuroscience.
A unique evening hosted by Patrice Heintz, a specialist in cognitive and behavioral sciences, in the form of an interactive experience with the audience and the estate’s team.
The evening will also feature the paintings of Françoise Nathalie Daudin, an artist known for her lyrical abstract style. Her gestural and intuitive painting, blending colors and textures, appeals to the senses and emotions, resonating with the emotional experience of wine.
We’ll wrap up the evening together starting at 8:00 p.m., continuing our conversation about the estate’s wines and savory and sweet treats. Price: 35? per person.
