Cellar of Sale : Showcase of the Faugères appellation, representing 160 vintages from independent winegrowers + about thirty references from other Languedoc appellations - Roussillon & wines are selected in order to put forward the domains and to be able to let the customers taste them. Shellfish: Bouzigues oysters, mussels, shrimp, crab. Platter on request or to be tasted on the spot. Wide choice, sushi on request under reservation. Wine bar / Tapas bar: Wines of the week, plate to share, wide choice of tapas, organic and regional products.
