MAISON BIS SUITE 2

La Maison BIS is a spacious vacation home located in the center of the village of Roujan. The house was built around 1850. The house has been recently renovated and decorated by the owner's interior designer. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite, a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen. there are 2 sunny terraces to the rear, and a large private swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September.
You'll be staying in Roujan, not far from Béziers.
The garden is a real oasis of peace, with a private pool protected from view and two terraces, and the house is the ideal starting point for a number of excursions in the region.
Explore the hinterland and enjoy the Mediterranean beaches just 30 minutes away. Pézenas, or Molière's town, is a medieval town rich in history, with numerous brocanteurs' stalls. The village of Roujan offers all amenities, including a supermarket, as well as a wide range of activities in the area, including lazing on the beaches, oyster and wine tasting, hiking and canoeing.

First floor:
An entrance hall leads to the living room, dining room and staircase to the second floor. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, providing almost 80m2 of living space. The living room features a sofa, flat-screen TV (with Chromecast, Netflix, etc.) and coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. You'll find plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils.
The dining table seats 12 and the central island 6. A laundry room accommodates 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers and a freezer.
Second floor:
Suite 1 is a large en-suite bedroom with a 160cm double bed, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.
The room is air-conditioned and the window opens onto the garden.

Suite 2 is a large room with private bathroom, featuring a double bed (160cm), chest of drawers, clothes rack, suitcase rest and 2 bedside tables. The room faces the garden.
Bedroom 3 is a large room with a 160cm double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and 2 bedside tables. It has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The room faces the garden.

There are 2 large private terraces with table and chairs, large parasol, charcoal barbecue 8 deckchairs are available. A pool cover with garden furniture provides shelter from the sun. A vine-covered pergola can accommodate a table of 12 for aperitifs or a meal by the pool.
