Our olive trees are rooted on the limestone terraces of "Castelsec" and benefit from an exceptional amount of sunshine. Located in the heart of the Biterrois hinterland on a hill surrounded by 4 castles. We chose for them a grassy soil, support of biodiversity.
We welcome you on our estate by appointment or during our open days. Laure, an oleologist specialized in tasting at a national level, will make you discover our oils, our olives, as well as our by-products. Bernard, a passionate olive grower, will take you on a tour of the estate and introduce you to the profession. Playful and educational visit.
You will meet us on the local local markets as well as on the Pézenas market on Saturday mornings. We organize summer evenings under the stars, picnics at harvest time, pruning with demonstrations. Advice on the care of the olive tree.
