Domaine Galtier is 15km north of Béziers. It is a typical example of an old Languedoc property, with its square tower rising out of the Mediterranean vegetation. 80% of the Caillassou estate is classified AOC Coteaux du Languedoc. The whole estate has been farmed using integrated agriculture since 2005 and conforms to the “Terra Vitis” charter. The Domaine produces three AOC Coteaux du Languedoc wines: red, white and rosé, Kermès and Ostréa (oak-aged red and white) and the Saint-Chinian La Solana. The Domaine also produces a Languedoc Vin de liqueur: Cartagène du Languedoc. The complete range of wines: AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, Vin de Pays Coteaux de Murviel, Vin de Pays de l'Hérault.
