The second room is a children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm).
The third room is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
The fourth is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, basin and mirror.
The fifth room is a toilet.
Outside, there is a large private terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and shade. A swimming pool security gate gives access to the pool.
Parking inside the property, you enter through a coded electric gate.
