"As part of the Échappées Pastorales program organized by the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut-Languedoc, take a guided walk through the village and surrounding area, punctuated by viewpoints, to discover the Mas Rolland goat herd.
Along the way, you can chat with the shepherd about his job, pastoralism and the essential role of guard dogs in leading the herd.
At the end of the walk, enjoy a cheese tasting session, accompanied by a glass of Domaine de Montesquieu wine (fruit juice for children).
You'll also have the chance to extend your visit with a free tour of the goat farm, and watch the goats being milked between 5 and 6 pm.
Please bring appropriate clothing (shoes, cap, water), pets not allowed "
